Service animals are allowed in publicly accessible regions. Strollers are allowed inside but must be parked in a designated area during shows and rides. Stroller rental is available.  

No outside food is allowed in the facility, but food, drinks, snacks, and desserts are available inside. Restrooms are located in the main lobby and food court areas.

Hershey’s Chocolate World is the most visited factory tour in the world, with roughly 2.5 million annual visitors.

Weekdays are best, as weekends and holidays tend to get busy. The visitor center is open year-round, so you can fit it into your schedule regardless of when you travel.
