This Is My Last Blog Post…

Good morning, Fabrizio Van Marciano here – founder and chief of all things at Magnet4blogging. I hope this post finds you safe and well, especially during these crazy times. Well, after some careful consideration, this is my last blog post to you. Yup, I’ve decided to retire from blogging at Magnet4Blogging.

OK, so maybe I should use the word ‘retire’ very loosely here. I am, in fact, taking the rest of 2022, and all of 2023, and perhaps even beyond that away from this blog.

But, before I sign off, I want to share with you my reasons for making this decision.

You might have noticed that I’ve not been creating any new ‘worthy’ content here for a while now. My last significant blog post was published back in December of 2021. We’re now in the middle of March and I’ve still not updated the blog.

That’s not because I’ve lost passion or interest in Magnet4Blogging, it’s simply because I do not have the time or resources to devote to writing new long-form content here.

In addition, and perhaps more importantly, there are many things occurring in my life and business right now, and I just feel it’s time to let go for a while.

As you may know, I’m also a freelance web designer, front-end web developer, and content creator at Fabrizio Van Marciano Dot Com.

I’ve been spending a lot of time creating new content for my YouTube channel, as well as working on a number of digital products, including several WordPress website design video courses.

I also blog at FVM which is another reason why I’ve had little time to create new content for Magnet4Blogging.

It doesn’t end there. I’m in the process of moving all design-related blog articles from Magnet4Blogging over to Fabrizio Van Marciano Dot Com.

As you can imagine, all of this is taking up a tremendous amount of my time and leaving me with very little time to dedicate to blogging.

My business model has changed as well – blogging and affiliate marketing are still important, but they’re not at the core of my monetization strategy anymore.

Nothing will happen in the immediate future. The site will remain online for as long as I need it to be. I will continue to update the existing content to keep it fresh and relevant. I may return with a new plan and strategy for taking this blog into the future, depending greatly on the state of things. There’s no telling where blogging will be in the future.

I may create a new post if I feel that I need to share something important or relevant to your blogging needs, such as news on my online courses 🙂

Yes, absolutely. Even after almost ten years of blogging here, I’m still in love with creating content. However, it’s clearly time for me to move on, at least for now. And it’s not like I’ve given up on blogging, I’m just not blogging here on this blog.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for being subscribed to my Magnet4Blogging, and for your continued support over the years.

If you are one of the many peeps that have been following me since the very beginning (2010), thank you some more, and this is not the end…

I hope you still find value in the content that’s already available on the blog, as I said, we’ll be updating the posts to keep them fresh and relevant for you.

If you want to follow me over at Fabrizio Van Marciano, and see the projects that I’m working on, feel free to do so. I look forward to seeing you there.
